The Office of Regulatory Services (ORS) is now part of a new agency called Access Canberra. A new Access Canberra website has been created. All relevant information is being moved from this website onto the new Access Canberra website, with links provided as necessary.
The first Access Canberra Service Centre is now open in Winyu House, the new ACT Government office block in Gungahlin. The Centre offers over 200 ACT Government services and transactions in the one location, including a number of services currently provided at the shopfront in Fyshwick. Additional services will be gradually rolled out in other ACT Government shopfronts, with additional services also becoming available online.

Access Canberra is responsible for the registration of a range of events in the ACT including births, deaths and marriages.
Access Canberra is responsible for ensuring a fair and safe marketplace for ACT consumers and businesses.
Access Canberra is responsible for the registration of all land related transactions pertaining to the purchase and sale of land and properties in the ACT.
Access Canberra is responsible for the provision of vehicle registration and driver licence services.
Access Canberra administers the Working with Vulnerable People Scheme, a mandatory background checking and risk assessment system for people working with vulnerable people in the ACT.
Access Canberra is responsible for the provision of a broad range of registration and licensing services to the ACT community.
Access Canberra is responsible for the administration of parking laws within the ACT.
Access Canberra is responsible for the receipt and management of residential tenancy rental bonds in the ACT.
Access Canberra is responsible for the administration of occupational health and safety, workers compensation, dangerous substance and labour regulation in the ACT.
